Refund Policy
Refunds will only be accepted if item is returned no more than 30 days after it is received by customer. Upon return to Catalena Hatters, item must be in same condition as it was received by customer and show no signs of wear or use. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Shipping or delivery charges will be identified at time of order and will vary depending on location, product, and or your preferred shipping or delivery method. Note that shipping charges may need to be adjusted after order is placed (in this event, the customer will be notified before being charged).
Due to the nature of manufacturing a custom product after the order is placed, delivery time can fluctuate depending on difficulty and availability of the item/material required. A customer can request a specific arrival date within our standard production and delivery timespan by phone,(800) 967-7818 or email, info@catalenahats.com. If a specific arrival date is requested, we will try our best to honor it, although it can not be guaranteed. Also, a rush fee will be charged for a specific arrival date request outside of Catalena Hatters' standard production and delivery timespan which will be determined on a per-order basis.
